Contradictions drive me crazy. But I recognize that a lot of good ideas might conflict with one another. Empowerment is developing calm moxy. So I'm constantly trying to develop "positive thinking". Therefore, I think if more leaders extended 'emotional hugs' there would be less conflict.
I'm better at laughing at jokes rather than telling them. I like to listen to songs rather than sing. I prefer dancing over watching others try to dance. I'm learning what I don't know. I may spend too much time thinking, but do it anyways.
