I think that everyone should go sky diving at least once in their life. I had a blast doing it and it gave me a great perspective on things in general. Camping does the same thing for me. I've spent time in the Rockies and Smoky Mountains and think that nothing will make you to appreciate life and the person you're with more than sleeping in a tent next to a stream, listening to the sounds around you, and obsessing about whether or not you put all the food away so that the bears won't jump you during the night! I've worked hard and have successfully made my way and am preparing to run my own office shortly. I believe that life is what we make of it and I've always tried to live mine honestly and with integrity. I'm thankful that I'm the type of person who laughs easily - especially at myself! My dog thinks that I'm very kind, but that's probably because I give him my pizza crust... I'd love to meet someone who can laugh at my annoying habit of needing to make a list for everything. It's handy when I travel, but maybe a flow chart for grocery shopping is a little over the top (I'm kidding)! My biggest downfall is overestimating my skill with home improvement...I'm usually shelling out money for someone to come in and fix what I've ripped apart on a quiet Saturday afternoon... I think it all began when I got a reciprocating saw for my birthday... Look, I think most of us are looking for the same things - both men and women - openness, honestly, integrity, ability to laugh, loyalty, companionship, etc., etc. I have my own money and my own home- My goal is to find a person whose personality meshes best with mine. Friends are great, romantic relationships are better. Every relationship takes effort and I'm willing to do my part.
