This whole online thing is a bit scary! I have my first degree in music, I'm a classically trained singer (Summa Cum Laude) and consider myself somewhat of a music snob! I love discovering new, obscure bands and I am an Itunes addict. I love to laugh, cook, travel, work-out, read (when I'm not buried in my textbooks), go out with my amazing friends (when I'm not holding it down at the hospital), check out new places around town and visit my family in CT whenever I get the chance. I also really believe in community involvement and try to volunteer my time and support others that are like-minded. I feel just as comfortable in a pair of jeans as a cocktail dress and I'm just as content to dance the night away as I am to curl up on the couch with my Netflix and a glass of Cabernet... I have been in a couple of long term relationships and have enjoyed being young and learning about who I am. I am looking for someone that knows who they are and is not only kind to me but kind to the world around us as well! You know you're a nurse when: # When checking the level of orientation of a patient, you aren't sure of the answers yourself. (What day is it again?) # You find yourself checking out other customer's arm veins in grocery waiting lines. (Wow! I can get an 11g in that puppy!) # You can sleep soundly at the hospital cafeteria table during dinner, break, sitting up and not be embarrassed when you wake up. Or if you drooled. # You avoid unhealthy looking shoppers in the mall for fear that they'll drop near you and you'll have to do CPR on your day off.
