I like the New Yorker, but only for the cartoons.Were it not for the star candidate, I would have voted for Bartlet or Santos. I would have voted for Seaborn, too, had he chosen to run. It was truly a sad day when there were no more phone calls to the butterball hotline, no more rants about the importance of the penny, and no more navigating by "stars" through the Nutmeg State.I hoped that Studio 60 might take its place, but was quickly disappointed.I'm an avid reader. I like Austen and Waller, but I'm not lost in the clouds. I have a stack of Orwell to prove it.I love music, except country. That twangy stuff never made it to my playlists.I'm a wine connoisseur...ok that's a lie. But I do like trying different kinds, and have on occasion sampled my share of beers, including a trip to the Sam Adams Brewery a few weeks ago.I love the movies, I love travel, and experiencing new things.Looking to have some fun!
