My friends have made falling in love look pretty wonderful which I think has made me interested in meeting people, and hopefully finding someone I really enjoy spending time with, encouraging, and being encouraged by. If life is lived on a spectrum, I fall smack center with most things. I exercise, but I also like to sleep in. I eat healthy, but also love movie-popcorn. I love the city...love the woods. I think this middle path is the balance to life I seek.
Overall, I think there is a certain awareness of life I seek out in other people. I want to spend time with someone who is conscious of the greater world around him and of the impacts our daily actions have on that world. At the same time, I hope he is someone that can laugh at our inevitable failings as people and forgive both himself, myself, and others when necessary.
My father has been ill for the last six years. This has had a dramatic effect on the way I view life.
